Easy and very lovely side dish for a multitude of Indian Dishes
Ingredients
450ml (3/4 pt) plain yoghurt
Salt
Cayenne pepper
4 to 5 inch piece cucumber, grated
Fresh mint, chopped
Method
Put yoghurt into a bowl and beat till smooth and creamy. Add salt, cayenne then mix well. Fold in grated cucumber and chopped mint.
