Quick and Easy White Cheese Bean Burrito
Delicious Burrito. The whole pinto beans and lots of white cheese are what make this burrito better.
Canned Vegetarian Pinto Beans
Grated Monterey Jack Cheese (or any white cheese)
Large Flour Tortilla
and Tony Chachere's Seasoning.
Put a layer of grated cheese in the tortilla, Spoon a layer of pinto beans on top of the cheese, put some more cheese on top of the beans, lightly sprinkle salt, pepper, garlic powder, and Tony Chachere's seasonings on top.
Roll up the tortilla and put face down in pan, put a heavy layer of grated cheese on top.
Bake for 10 minutes.
Serve with salsa on the side. You can also serve it with sour cream, guacamole, shredded lettuce and diced tomato on the side.
Don't put too much Tony Chachere's as it is very spicy.
