Pancakes

Pancakes for every occaision, server with lemon juice and a teaspoon of sugar. Or use to hold a variety of sweet or savoury fillings.

Ingredients

1 Ľ cups flour
2 tbs granulated sugar
2 tsp baking powder
1 egg
1 cup milk

Method

Mix all the ingredients together. Pour about a quarter of a cup batter onto a hot griddle, or hot frying pan – with just a nth of oil. Flip when dry bubbles burst over surface.smrtovnice
