I love hash browns; can't make them, but could eat them for England. This simple recipe just adds a little to the taste.
4 cups frozen hash brown potatoes thawed
1 onion, chopped
4 tbs butter
Spray 1 piece of heavy aluminium foil (about 20x18 in.) with non-stick cooking spray, place 1 cup potatoes on foil sprinkle with chopped onion, salt and pepper.
Fold foil around potatoes and seal tightly. Place on grill over medium indirect heat for about 10-15 minutes or until potatoes are done, turning once.
