Ingredients
1 cup chopped green onions
2 tbs parsley
4 ˝ tsp olive or vegetable oil
4 ˝ tsp butter or margarine
2 cups uncooked instant rice
2 cups vegetable broth
Method
In a saucepan sauté onions and parsley in oil and butter until tender. Add water and bring to a boil. Add rice; remove from heat, cover and let sit for 5 minutes.
