A banana bread recipe that can be adapted to use a variety of fruits or nuts.
1 ¾ cups flour
1 cup mashed bananas
1 tbsp. baking powder
½ tsp. salt
¾ cup sugar
½ cup oil
Mix the flour, salt and baking powder together.
Beat the sugar, oil, and eggs together. Add in the bananas and then add in the remaining ingredients.
Pour into a greased bread pan and bake at 350 for 50 to 55 minutes.
You can add nuts if you like, or raisins.
