Apple Crisp

A traditional recipe for Apple crisp.

Ingredients

4 med apples
Cup flour
Cup rolled oats
Cup wheat germ
Cup brown sugar
tsp cinnamon
tsp nutmeg
1/3 Cup margarine

Method

Slice cored apples into inch thick pieces and spread evenly into a baking dish.

Combine the dry ingredients and cut in cup soft margarine to make a crumbly mixture.

Sprinkle over the apples and bake at 375 for about 30 minutes.

Apple crisp is done when juice is bubbling on the sides and topping is golden brown.
