Broccoli Pakoda

Broccoli : 1
Chickpea flour : 3 tablespoons
Corn flour : 2 tablespoons
Black pepper powder
Chilli powder : 1/2 tea spoon
Chat masala
Oil to deep fry


Cut the broccoli florets

Mix flours and black pepper powder, chilli powder and salt and make a thin batter using water

Heat oil in a deep frying pan and when its hot (like for French fries) dip the florets and fry them till they turn brown colour

Remove excess oil from them and before serving sprinkle with chat masala (you can get in any Indian Grocery Stores)

They tastes great when served hot
