1 large cucumber
1 cup plain nonfat yogurt
1 teaspoon apple cider vinegar
1 pinch salt
1 teaspoon dried dill
4 large cloves garlic, minced
Peel, seed, grate and squeeze the cucumber dry.
Combine with remaining ingredients and allow to stand for 20 minutes at room temperature, stirring occasionally.
Be careful with the amount of garlic.
